If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. Below you will find full details of our returns policy.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order for us to accept a return, the item must be in impeccable condition, that is to say it must not have been worn, washed, stained, and must still have its label and its original package

If the returned items do not meet these conditions, SERAFINA HOME reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email at the following address: serafinahome@outlook.fr . Our team will quickly provide you with a solution.

Please note that items purchased with a gift card or credit are not eligible for a refund, only a credit.

RETURN PROCEDURE

We thank you for following this procedure to make your return. As a reminder, you have a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of your package to initiate your return. Beyond this period, we will not be able to process your request.

1 - Return request:

Please click the button below to begin your return request. You will receive a prepaid label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. For more details, please see the “Refund or Credit” section below.

To make your return, please contact us using the contact form below and providing the following information:

- Your name

- Your email address

- Subject: Choose "Return and refund"

- Order number (required)

- References of the returned items with the reason for the return

- Choice of return carrier: Mondial Relay or Colissimo (return shipping costs are indicated below)

- Your preference: Reimbursement or credit (note: choosing a credit will allow you to benefit from free return shipping costs)

2 - Preparing the return shipment:

To return your package, we recommend that you use the original packaging and include your invoice, which can be found in the order confirmation email, to facilitate the processing of your request by our logistics team. If this is not possible, please write the following information on a piece of paper: order number, first and last name.

3 - Return shipping:

Once your return request has been processed and validated, you will receive by email a prepaid slip to stick on your return package. Please go quickly to a post office or Mondial Relay relay point to drop off your return package.

We recommend that you keep the tracking number carefully, because in the event of loss of the package, this number will be necessary to carry out research with the carriers. If your package is declared "lost", we undertake to reimburse you in full for your order.

REFUND OR CREDIT

1.Refund:

Once we have received and verified your return package, we will reimburse the price of the returned items, with the exception of delivery costs, within an average of 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • FOR FRANCE :

- If you choose Mondial Relay : a flat rate of 4.50 euros will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of the prepaid return label.

- If you prefer Colissimo : a flat rate of 4.95 euros will be deducted from your reimbursement for the prepaid return label.

  • FOR EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES:

- For returns via Colissimo only : A fixed amount of 13.45 euros will be deducted from your reimbursement for the prepaid return label.

  • FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES (INTERNATIONAL):

- For returns via Colissimo only : A fixed amount of 29.55 euros will be deducted from your reimbursement for the prepaid return label.

Please note: If you return your entire order, the original delivery costs will be refunded. All refunds will be made to the payment method used when ordering. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or credit is processed.

2. Have it

If you choose to receive a credit, the return shipping costs will be covered by us. You will receive the full amount in the form of a promotional code within an average of 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we have received the return. This promo code will be valid for 1 year.

Please note: If you return your entire order to us, the initial shipping costs will be included in your credit (delivery costs).

Please note that we have limited stock, which means we cannot make exchanges. However, we recommend that you place a new order quickly to get the item you want while returning the item you do not want.

How can I add a promo code?

To use a promotional code or credit, simply enter it in the “Discount code” field when validating your basket. We recommend that you check its expiration date. Please note that the discount will not be applicable to promotional items, delivery costs (unless an exceptional code) and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The SERAFINA HOME team does everything possible to prepare your order as quickly as possible: within 24 hours. (Except in exceptional cases). Once your order is ready, we deliver it to the carrier of your choice.

The delivery time will therefore depend on the carrier chosen:

For France :

- Mondial Relay (3 to 5 working days)

At a relay point: €4.50

- La Poste Colissimo (48 working hours)

Home address without signature: €4.95

For EUROPE:

- Standard Colissimo (3 to 5 working days): €13.45

Delivery times excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (January 1, Easter Monday, May 1, May 8, Ascension Thursday, Pentecost Monday, July 14, August 15, November 1, November 11, December 25).

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout, after the delivery option has been chosen.

For INTERNATIONAL:

  • Colissimo international (3 to 7 working days): €29.55

Can I modify/cancel my order?

We are sorry, once the order has been placed, we cannot modify it. However, it is possible to cancel the order provided that it has not yet been shipped by our services. To do this, please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number to the following address: serafinahome@outlook.fr

Is it possible to make an exchange?

Our stocks are limited, exchanges are not possible. However, we advise you to place a new order quickly, in order to receive the desired item and return the unwanted item to us.

What should I do if I received a defective/missing or incorrect item?

We are sorry. Please contact us at the following address serafinahome@outlook.fr. You have the option of receiving the same product or simply getting a refund after returning the defective one. The client is king.

When will I be reimbursed?

Once we have received and verified your return package, we will issue a refund for the item(s) you returned, excluding delivery charges. This refund will be made within an average of 10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Note that a fixed fee of 7.00 euros (for France) and 10.00 euros (for Europe) will be deducted from your refund for the prepaid label. All refunds will be credited to the payment method you used when ordering. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or credit has been processed.
